Movement Hospitality Consulting is a boutique advisory firm founded by Stefania Flenga, a hospitality professional with over 30 years of leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and multiple hotel pre-openings. The firm provides hands-on consulting, pre-opening project management, and operational setup services for hotels and resorts across Greece and beyond.
